Hello, friends. It’s been a while. Two years, to be exact. Life’s been busy, as usual, and this site kind of fell off of my radar. But I’m back, at least for a bit. I haven’t stopped creating, though. In fact, I’ve been quite busy sewing, knitting, embroidering, and testing patterns. Wanna see just a few of my favorite makes of the last 2 years? Get ready for a slideshow of some fast growing kids! 🙂

One of the first patterns I tested after my radio silence began was a shirt pattern for Sew A Little Seam. The Brynn is a super option-packed top and I had a fun time sewing up several versions.

I was really happy to be able to help with this one. It’s part of an accessible line of patterns from Rad Patterns and this is the Mokena. It has options that fit different ports, tubes, or medical devices.

One of our favorites from Made for Mermaids was the Kaia. I love how I could use the same pattern to fit each twin’s unique personal style. I can’t always get Twin #2 on board with modeling but she loved her unicorn romper.

My eldest child actually agreed to be my model on this one and, I must say, she’s pretty cool. This is the Woven Jumpsuit by Rad Patterns.

A couple favorites from Patterns for Pirates were the Flutter Wrap and Essential Tank. Also, girlfriend started to feel like a real model after a while. She got quite into it.

The middle child willingly allowed for me to use her as a model but only if she never had to smile. Tweens. Whatcha gonna do?

Rad Patterns has extended kid’s sizing, which can be hard to find. We love them and think you should check them out.
Here are the Neighborhood Raglan and  Couch Potato Joggers.

Little Bits got her turn, too. (Remember this kid from the Budget Wardrobe series?! ) For every pose I asked for, we had to take a photo of her unique pose idea. I can easily fill up a memory card on this one.
Here we have Willow from Sew A Little Seam and Pepper from Made for Mermaids.

I even got myself into the mix. It took a lot for me to step out of my comfort zone but I’m glad that I did.
These are the Peg Legs from Patterns for Pirates and Mila Beach Pants from Made for Mermaids.
